INFORMATION SNAPPY SALADS COLLECTS
Information That You Provide to Us. We and/or third-party contractors collect information about you that you voluntarily supply to us through transactions in our restaurants, transactions on our Sites or linked third-party websites, your use of our App and/or through other Services. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Sites, the App, or other Services.
Personal Information. When you voluntarily register an account with us or place and order with us, we collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address(es), mailing address(es), phone number(s), and birthday. You may also provide to us additional information such as a username, password, payment information, favorite menu items/orders, favorite location(s), order history, food allergies or dietary sensitivities. On occasion, we may also collect personal information about other people through you, such as the name and address of a gift card recipient or referrals you provide to us in our app. You may also provide additional personal information and work history to us by applying for employment though a link on our Careers page of our Sites. You may also provide us personal information by entering contests, responding to surveys, or providing feedback to us about your experiences.
Information About Your Device. We may automatically collective information when you use our Services, such as your IP address or unique device ID, your internet or mobile service provider, your operating system or device, your browser, your access times, and the pages you view directly before or after visiting our Sites. If your device settings allow it, we may also collect geographic location from your mobile device. We may also collect your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and with respect to any text messages sent to us, the date, time, and context of such texts. Please check your mobile device and service provider if you want to learn what information your device may send or how to enable and disable location settings.
Payment Information. We may collect payment method information, including credit card information, when you made a purchase or have a financial transaction with us. We store very limited, if any, financial data that we collect, and financial information is primarily stored by the applicable payment processor. We may also use the information for providing Services, processing refunds and/or credits, and for security or fraud prevention purposes.
Social Networks. We may collect information about you if you interact with us on social media, customer review sites or other third-party sites whether or not linked from our Sites, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks. If you are using our mobile application, this information may also include the contact information of anyone you refer to us and invite to use and/or join our mobile application.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION.
We may analyze the information we collect from you for various legitimate business purposes, including without limitation:

--Fulfill and manage your orders, payments, refunds, credits, and other transactions
--Generate a personal profile to make future visits to our Sites or App more personalized
--Administer contests, promotions

--Deliver targeted advertising, newsletters and other information regarding Snappy Salads, our Sites, our App and our products and services
--Make improvements or updates to our Sites, App, and the Services
--Compile aggregate statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties
--Request feedback from you regarding your account, experiences with us, product preferences, and new products and/or services
Opting Out. You may opt out of our e-mail or direct mail databases, update, correct, or delete your contact information from us, or otherwise change your preferences about the communications we send by editing your profile on your account or contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may opt out of push notifications in our App by turning them off in your device’s settings. You also have the right to request that we delete or correct any of your Personal Information by contacting us at email@example.com. In some circumstances we may not be required to honor your request for deletion – for example, if we need to hold on to your information to protect the security or functionality of our operations, to service your account, or to comply with legal obligations. Note that while you may remove your mailing address from our databases as described above, this will not remove you from all direct mail campaigns. If you are included in a USPS or other third-party mailing list, you may still receive direct mail from Snappy Salads.
Business Partners/Franchisees. We may share your information with our business partners and/or franchisees to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.

We take reasonable steps to maintain technical and physical security of any personal information you provide. However, no system or transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed 100 percent secure. To avoid having your sensitive personal information subjected to this on-line risk, you can contact us at our mailing address provided below.
Snappy Salads outsources most of its Information Technology services related to hardware and software to trusted third parties, including without limitation Site design, analytics, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and back-ups. These service providers may have access to your personal information, but only for the purpose of performing their work for us.
We are sensitive to privacy issues regarding children, and our Sites are targeted to people who are at least 13 years of age or older. We do not intend our Sites to collect personal info from children under age 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not provide any personal information to us. If you learn that we have personal information of someone under the age of 13, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can take reasonable measures to remove it from our databases.
Choice of Law and Forum for Disputes. You agree that the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Policy. To the extent that this Policy conflicts with applicable state or United States federal law, such state or federal law shall replace such conflicting terms only to the extent required by law. You agree that any claim or dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Snappy Salads, its officers, directors, employees, agents or affiliates related to this Policy must be brought in Jefferson County, Colorado or in the City and County of Denver, Colorado, U.S.A., subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements in any such action or proceeding. You irrevocably waive any objection to such venue.
