The grand opening of our Houston location was a success! As you can see in the video, our team members couldn’t contain their excitement and had a great time serving our new neighbors in Houston. We also joined the Houston West Chamber of Commerce and over 15 members from the Chamber joined us for a special ribbon cutting to commemorate the opening of our first Houston location. We’re still blushing from the fabulous review that Chow, Baby from Eats wrote about our store in Fort Worth! Rather than bore you with how wonderful he thought our salads were, and how “dude friendly” Snappy Salads is, I’ll just let you read the review!
Snappy Salads, a Dallas-based restaurant chain, recently announced it’s ditched plastic straws and has switched to the paper versions to limit its negative impact on the environment. As of last month, the store’s guests could sip from biodegradable paper straws made by Aardvark Straws, the only U.S. manufacturer of paper straws, replacing the cheaper plastic version offered at most eating establishments.
