Snappy Salads was started in 2006 and has always put people at the top of our priority list. We’re still relatively small but I’m adding more locations and I’m looking for people who want to be part of the opportunity and excitement of a growing company.

We make all of our soup from scratch. We do this because, well, it just makes soup taste better. We need PREP people who can cut and clean lettuce, grate carrots, slice peppers, dice onions, prepare dressings from recipes, and more on a daily basis. Over time, these team members have the opportunity to become CULINARY MANAGERS who are responsible for all of the food production of the restaurant.

There might seem like there’s a lot on our menu, but really it boils down to 1) we sell salads, and 2) a few other associated items. Our SERVICE team is responsible for attending to our guests’ needs. These folks know how to make the best salads in town.

We have roles like “Linebacker” and “Cashier” as well as people who work the “Loop,” “Protein” and “Sauté” stations. All are an important part of our SERVICE team.

This place is always buzzing with excitement. As you learn our systems, have experience managing people, and are willing to take on more responsibility, you have the opportunity to become a SHIFT MANAGER. Shift Managers ensure that they manage the shift so that our guests walk out happier than when they arrived.

Opportunity is available to those who seek it. Once you’ve mastered being a Shift Manager, you can start working your way to UNIT LEADER. Unit Leaders are the people who are responsible for how the restaurant performs. They are the stars of our management team.
