Countless people have come up to me and have told me that they lost weight by eating at my restaurant. As you can probably imagine, that’s a pretty good feeling – to enhance someone’s life just by being open for business.
Well, I have news for you; I am at my high school weight. Not because I run 5 miles a day or do 30 minutes of spin class, but for the simple fact that I eat more salads than other food. I’m certainly not advocating that you drop your membership to the gym, but what I am saying is that if you want to drop weight, watch what you put in your pie hole. It’s as simple as that. Eat the right food in the right proportion and you’ll win the battle. Eat good. Look good.
